Free Fire OB37 Update Release Date, New Features and more

Garena Free Fire is now ready to release most awaited winter update known as the OB37 update. With this new patch update, you can get more new features, rewards, pets, and characters. Here I have included all the details regarding the new update of Free Fire.

OB37 Update Release Date

The Free Fire OB37 update is scheduled to be released on November 16, 2022. It means that on Tuesday you can’t play the game because of a maintenance break from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (estimated).

During the maintenance break, you can just update your Free Fire game to the latest versions of 1.94.1 and 2.94.1 for Free Fire MAX. The new version will available to download at 11:00 AM on the same day. Once the new version is available, you can easily update the Free Fire game from our website.

However, this date and time is according to the current gold royale. Sometimes Garena delays OB updates if many bugs and glitches are reported in advance server. Because developers need to fix advance server bugs before releasing a new version of Free Fire.

Clash Squad Season 16

A new CS ranked season will start once the server goes live on 16 November at 6:00 PM. Your current clash squad rank will be reset according to your position. Here in this image below, you can see how Garena Free Fire reset your rank.

Season 16 will come with new rewards as you complete the new rank level. Suppose you achieve Gold 2 rank, then you can get a free gun skin. Another reward is the heroic t-shirt, which you can get by achieving heroic rank. Know more about Clash Squad Season 16 rewards.

FFWS 2022 Event

Free Fire World Series Bangkok championship will begin on November 25. During the live stream of FFWS 2022, you may get free rewards for achieving milestones. Currently, rewards are not revealed officially, but I will share once Garena Free Fire shares any hints.

Winterlands 2022

The Winter update and it’s event is an all-time favorite among Free Fire players. But for the last 2 years, Garena has not released any types of snow maps during winter events. Without a snow map during the winter event, it does not create excitement for the new winter update.

This year, Garena Free Fire Winter event comes in December to make your winter holidays more exciting. I hope developers start working on Winter spawn Island, lobby.

Currently, there are no leaks about snowfall on the Bermuda map during the winter season. But in lone wolf mode, you can play the game in Ice ground.

A new section titled “Ice Ground” will appear in the Download Center section. where you can download the mode to enjoy this winter update.

Lobby Music 2018 coming back

Every old Free Fire player misses the old lobby song. According to tipsters and leaks, the Winterlands I (2018) lobby song might come back with the upcoming OB 37 update. Where you can set the lobby music and experience the old is gold proverbs.

If you are a new player of Free Fire, then here is the full lobby song of “Winterlands.” But only old players can get the real experience of the sounds.

New Character and Pet

Currently characters not revealed for OB37 update. But I will try to provide all new character details after 17 November. Many players might be think 2 new characters that appeared on advance server.

But in the photo above, there are 2 old characters that already available in Free Fire. Ford and Olivia both characters are redesigned by Garena.

Pet: Arvon

A new pet Arvon will avilable after OB37 update. Using this pet’s ability you can know total number of enemies for the selected area within 50 miters range. I already shared detailed information on Arvon pet of Free Fire.

New Loadout – Clash Squad

Like battle royale game mode, now you can use your Loadouts:

• Lag pocket – To increase granade space
• Supply create – get extra items that not available in CS shop
• Scan – get enemies location in every round during 1st safe zone shrink
• Bounty token – get extra coins to purchase weapons for next round (can be use only 1 time per match)
• Bonfire – can be used 3 times per match.
• Armer create – get vest and helmet repair with every new round.
• Summon Airdrop – get double cash when loot airdrop
• Resupply map – (Secret Bazar) – get super abilities like Restore EP, Speed Boost (Fast movement), Medkit Peak etc.

Resupply map and Bonfire can be best choice for you in Clash Squad.

A new Gun – Trogon

Trogon is a 2 in 1 shot gun of Free Fire. You can use this weapon normally as a shot gun. There are 2 types of mode available: Shotgun mode, Granade mode.

Trogon will also work as granade launcher if you enable granade mode.

• Portable Launch Pad

By using Trampoline grenades, you can easily climb houses without your teammates and gloo wall support. You just need to deploy the grenade on the ground and run over the deployed grenade. Trampoline grenades will automatically push you up for a long jump.

Gun upgrade chips work better than gun skins according to players. So now Garena Free Fire will release this chip for more guns. You can upgrade them with a total of three chips for high benefits. But currently, you can use them only in Zombie Hunt mode.

Zombie Hunt mode is still exciting like old one. But the location will be is changed with OB37 update.

Portable Launch Pad

Normally, you need to visit some selected locations on the map to use the launch pad in Battle Royale (BR) mode. But as of the new update, you can find a portable mini launch pad that you can easily put on your backpack. Where you need it, just deploy it on the ground and use it like a launch pad.

But this is a mini launch pad, so the distances are also low. You can use this when you need to survive against enemies in emergency situations.
